APOGEE presents Arne SCHÄFER's solo work, as he's the leader and singer from German band VERSUS X. Besides this collective experience, he wrote a lot of material (All together more than ten hours of music !) from which "The Border Of Awareness" (1994) is a selection. He is a multi-instrumentalist, an exceptional guitarist above all, and a brilliant composer: this CD reveals an incredible musical culture, including German folk, hard-rock, jazz, Progressive rock, contemporary music...
