Editorial Reviews
Wheatmonkeys dropped explosive new album "DANGER" to an unsuspecting sold out crowd at Amigos Cantina's on Aug. 10, 2002. The show was a lesson in rockstar potential, commanding the attention of the crowd with their string of punk'n roll honesty including the hit single "EIGHT TRACK", and favorites "MORNING GLORY", "I FEEL" and "LAST OBLIVION".
"DANGER" was recorded during March 02 at various locations (Port Trax Studios, Turtle Island music) with producers D-Rawk Bachman, Scott RP, and engineer Regan Kuemper. Mixed by Jared Kuemper (butterfinger/tegan and sara) and mastered at Metalworks studios by Nick Blagona (Tea Party).
Danger,Wheatmonkeys,Wheatmonkeys,Rock/Pop,The WHEATMONKEYS release DANGER in both name and sound. Loud rock 'n' roll with a middle-finger salute, the WHEATMONKEYS infuse its diverse musical influences to create rock 'n rolls most promising new sound.
