Editorial Reviews
If one had to describe All That I Bleed's music with just one word, it would probably be diverse. All That I Bleed is the brainchild of singer Leonardo Rivera, guitarist Oscar Quintana, bassist Jorge C. Venegas and drummer Carlos De Jesus. Haling from Puerto Rico, the quartet have developed a unique musical style by fusing several musical genres such as heavy metal, jazz-fusion, Classical music, with their own Latin American vision. Staying true to the tradition of not conforming to the norm set by influential progressive rock icons such as Rush and Mahavishnu Orchestra and contemporary artists such as Dream Theater,Tool and Metallica, All That I Bleed challenges the listener with a palette of different sonic textures and thought provoking lyrics.
Dying To Remember, the quartets debut album, explores the longing of the human soul and it's search for meaning. Epic compositions such as "Promise Of Life" and the title track "Dying To Remember" showcase the band's technical proficiency and strong independent musical characters, while songs like "I Confess", "Real" and "I Stand Alone" focus on strong melodic ideas. With this release of this album, All That I Bleed positions itself as one of the leading bands of Latin American progressive metal.
