About the Artist
HcE is Michael Jarmer on drums and lead vocals and Ren Ormae-Jarmer on keyboards, percussion, and vocals. Michael and Ren are long-time collaborators in music and in other things (they happen to be husband and wife). They constructed the HcE machine in 1986 and have been at it, notwithstanding a break here and there, ever since then. And they are joined once again in 1997 by the bass phenomenon that is David Gilde. Band Members: Michael Jarmer, drums and lead vocals; Ren Ormae-Jarmer, keyboards, percussion, and vocals; David Gilde, bass
Product Description
Its eclectic, unpredictable, it draws from three decades of rock influence, its funny, its serious, its upbeat, its fast, its slow, its memorable, full of hooks, but its challenging and smart. It makes listeners smile, dance, think, sometimes all at once, heaven forbid. Oh, and lest we forget: as pop rock music goes, its very good pop rock music.
