Fit To Strip is a CD full of up tempo songs you can work out to, with the DVD element showing how to learn the basics in Striptease, Pole Dancing and Lapdancing. Our project is aimed at young women and mothers and so will be presented in a tasteful way - no skimpy costumes and it will focus in on having fun and getting fit while using aspects of Striptease etc. Our DVD will be presented by an experienced aerobics/pole dance teacher and filmed in an excercise studio (not in a pole dance club)- the craze is now sweeping the country and there are many bona fide excercise classes for women running throughout the UK.
