About the Artist
In May of 1994, comprised of the remains of three of Dallas-Fort Worth's premier thrash/hard-core/noise bands, AMILLION POUNDS was born. These four completely different individuals; Adam Kobetich (vocals/banjo/guitar/harmonica) Darrin Kobetich (guitars/mandolin) Sal Torneo (drums/percussion) and Chance (bass) have created some of the most innovative sounds heard from the DFW area. The Long Journey Back from the Brink... has just been released. They've expanded their sound further adding sax, flute, assorted percussion, mandolin and banjo. Continuing to explore uncharted soundscapes, they've managed to fuse bluegrass, metal and jazz into one song (Bogus Elitist).

After experiencing this CD, it becomes obvious that this band isn't afraid to try anything musically and, to top it off, it works! These guys pull it off every time.
