The origins of KOB date back from 1976 with the creation of WOTAN. Influenced by the heroes of that time (BLACK SABBATH, LED ZEPPELIN, JUDAS PRIEST…), this band performed already a massive and powerful hard-rock… In 1997, Bruno, Thierry and BOBOSS reformed the line-up, and in early 1999 Stéphane (NIGHTREAPER) join them. The band's name is the result of a joke which will remain a secret. The "Mekanism Of Time" album was released on Brennus in March 2002. Musically, KOB's influences are varied: even if they are drawn from the major hard-rock bands of the Seventies and Eighties, the musicians know how to ornament their music with contemporary sounds and energy.
