Co-produced and engineered by Eric Furlong (Sunset Valley, 44 Long), it was mostly recorded live with classic songs that bring to mind the best moments of The Faces, The Rolling Stones, Ziggy Stardust era David Bowie, and The Kinks. More contemporary references might be found with artists like Whiskeytown and White Stripes.
