Ancestral Cadence. Ancient Rhythm. Michele Casey has studied Traditional West African Music since 1991 with several drum Masters from West Africa. Michele has a strong connection to the Earth and Shamanic training. She created this album as an inspiration and a dedication to truth and passion. Recognized in her community as a leader in Women's Empowerment through music. She teaches drumming around the Northwest United States to individuals, groups and Spiritual Communities. Michele maintains a private practice in Asian Medicine based in Boise, Idaho, USA.
