Editorial Reviews
"Let's start by saying clearly that this CD, released late last year, was arguably one of the Top CD's of 1999" Richard Hughes, Good Times, Long Island Entertainment paper
"The Birth of Neon Venus" is an eclectic mix of songs. Some draw from a sweet pop sensitivity (Those Days Are Gone), some have a fun dance rock background (Cool Kids) while others draw from a raw punk background (Gasoline). This is because Neon Venus was originally born out of the clubs of New York City and influenced by bands with new wave, punk, and 'post alternative nineties' sounds.
