About the Artist
WOOKIE J grew up in a small beach town and grew up listening to rap and reggae. His love for the surf took him to Hawaii and California. During this mission, he found himself expressing his music live in clubs with Steffan Franz. The two then formed Positive Sound Massive. Under this new conglomeration, they started recording and doing live some big live shows like opening up for Maxi Priest, Barrington Levy and Nicodemus. Now WOOKIE J has completed his debut album "BIG UP THE CHILDREN" with KULCHA SHOK MUZIK.
