About the Artist
Mike James has played guitar since the age of seven, and has had extensive experience in professional studio production, as well as in live performance, having appeared with Matt "Guitar" Murphy (Blues Brothers), fluglehorn great Louis Gaska (Santana) and organ and trumpet great Joey DeFrancesco (Danny Gatton, John McLaughlin etc.) Growing up in Colorado, Mike moved to Washington state and then spent ten years in Southern California recording original compositions in the jazz-fusion genre. Mike now resides in North Idaho.
