When I lecture on the topic of the power of positive touch and integrating it into daily life, frequently the response is, "I'd love to be able to do a simple massage for my partner but books are tedious to read and at times, hard to follow. Videos are very long and distracting. Most of the time, we try once and then never again." I decided I needed to combine a book, video and music into an easy to understand format that wasn't so long, boring and hard to follow. I needed something special that anyone could follow. I was inspired and "Intimate Interlude ~ A Couples Massage" was conceived. The benefits of touch have been documented from studies at the Touch Research Institute to recommendations by the National Institutes of Health and Harvard University. I wanted to create a massage experience that could be immediately enjoyed. The CD format is simple and unique. The smooth piano jazz music is an original composition for this CD. Every word was carefully chose! n so each listener would immediately picture the instruction, like a virtual video. I hope the making of this CD will be rewarded by helping to strengthen the relationship of couples I could never reach in my private practice.
