Now that is forty five years since these two artists left us forever (Lester died in March 1959, and Billie passed away four months later; they were, respectively, 49 and 44 years old), we wish to pay a tribute to their legacy with this complete collection of their joint recordings, a number of tunes which have become part of history thanks to the way in which she delivers those evergreen standards while he accompanies with exquisite subtlety of feeling.
