Franklin Turner, Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, with a classical music education that included the Berklee School of Music, Franklin aspired to the many great jazz artists performing in the Boston area during the 60s. He experienced the San Fracisco music scene of the early 70s, then many years touring Canada and the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, making him an extremely versatile musician. Today, Franklin has settled into a comfortable, relaxed style that lends sensitivity and feeling to his own compositions and his renditions of familiar standards. He's truly a pleasure to listen to.
