Inspired by the success of Enoch Light's Persuasive Percussion album and sound, Jerome formed a studio band and produced and conducted nine Brazen Brass albums for Decca in the 1950s. He deserves credit at least for dumping the sweet sound for something bold, splashy, and, well, brazen. Japanese Limited edition remastered CD in a Paper Sleeve. Universal. 2005.
