Fourmost : Recorded Live At Fat Tuesday's, NYC [Live]

Editorial Reviews

From Grove Press Guide to Blues on CD
Reunion time. Blues heavily streaks the head-bobbing music grooved by Smith, Burrell, Turrentine, and drummer Grady Tate at Fat Tuesday's in New York in November 1990. Their versions of "Summertime" and "My Funny Valentine," among more standards, are pleasurable, with the Burrell slow blues "Soulful Brothers" fit for paradise. -- © Frank John Hadley 1993
