Jazz Goes to Hollywood [Soundtrack]

Editorial Reviews

From Jazziz
'The Cat' is from composer and arranger Lalo Schiffrin's Jazz Goes to Hollywood (). Throughout his career, Schiffrin has written more than 100 scores for film and television. This CD finds him leading Germany's WDR Big Band through some of his classic pieces, works for the big and small screen such as Bullitt, Once a Thief, The Cincinnati Kid, and Mission: Impossible. 'The Cat' comes from Joy House, and was written to capture the spirit of that film's star, Jane Fonda. - JAZZIZ Magazine Copyright © 2000, Milor Entertainment, Inc.
