Spanning over two decades as an acclaimed bassist,Luico Hopper has recorded and performed in countless settings around the globe.He has toured and recorded with scores of artists including Earl Klugh,Bryan Ferry,Diana Ross,Gato Barbieri,Jonathan Butler and Luther Vandross,to name a few.
In addition to frequent appearances on the TV shows,"New York Undercover" and "Saturday Night Live", Luico was the featured bassist in the Broadway hit musicals,"Lion King","Bring On Da Noise,Bring On Da Funk",and "Dreamgirls".
Luico's solo debut CD,"Lessons of Light" released in 1995 was critically acclaimed. His rich mosic of Contemporary Jazz and R&B with acoustic and electric flavor have soared to new diminsions in his latest CD,"Reflections".
