Mark Birnbaum’s first CD features fast, toe-tapping 1920’s tunes from the Joe Franklin television show (where he was staff pianist), the Ragtime Jazz of Scott Joplin and Jelly-Roll Morton, classical works of Bach and Scriabin and three originals.
