un livre qui pèse lourd ...
Les photos et le texte sont complémentaires. On ne peut pas oublier ce livre après l'avoir consulté, encore moins l'artiste qui y est présenté: Anselm Kiefer.
L'auteur présente les choses avec beaucoup de sensibilité et de profondeur. La carrière du peintre est étudiée chronologiquement et par thème, dont la mythologie allemande.
C'est un livre assez sombre, l'atmosphère y est quelques fois pesante, mais on ne s'en lasse pas.
